Sidebar
After logging in, the sidebar appears on the left side of the screen and serves as the primary navigation for the application.
Menu Items

Company Information
- Company name — Displayed at the top of the sidebar (your tenant name, e.g. LIVESOFT).
- Active tenant — Shown at the bottom of the sidebar along with your subscription tier (Free, Professional, or Enterprise).
Top Navigation Bar
The top bar provides global actions and account information:
- Search — Global search bar to quickly find devices across your inventory.
- Usage counter — Shows the current device count against your plan limit (e.g.
43/50for Free plans). - Purchase icon — Quick access to upgrade your subscription.
- Tenant selector — Switch between tenants if you have multiple locations.
- Notifications — Bell icon for system notifications.
- Settings — Gear icon to access the Settings page.
- Help — Question mark icon for quick access to support.
- User profile — Your avatar and name in the top-right corner.

Free-tier tenants display a Free version ribbon in the bottom-right corner. Upgrade via Settings → Tenants or the purchase icon in the top bar.
