Copy a Device

Use the Copy feature to quickly add multiple devices with similar data. This is ideal for bulk creation when you receive several identical devices.

How to Copy​

  1. Click Devices in the sidebar.
  2. Select a device with New status.
  3. Click Copy in the information panel on the right side.
  4. In the copy window, adjust the number of copies using the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons (maximum 7 copies per operation).
  5. Enter a new serial number for each copy.
  6. Click Save.

The Copy function is only available for devices with New status.

  • Tags assigned to the original device are carried over to the new copies.
  • Barcodes for new devices are generated only if the Allow barcode generation switch is enabled in Settings > Barcode.
