Notifications

Configure email notifications for device-related events. Found under Settings → General → Notifications.

Notification settings require a Professional or Enterprise subscription.

Email Notifications​

Toggle Email notifications on to send an automated email whenever a device changes hands — that is, when it is assigned to or removed from a user.

When enabled:

  • Assignment email — The newly assigned employee receives a confirmation when a device is allocated to them.
  • Removal email — The previously assigned employee receives a notification when a device is unassigned from them.

Toggling the switch off immediately stops future notifications. Historical assignment events remain in the device history.
