Notification email for users
A toggle switch is available to enable email notifications when an item is assigned to or removed from a user. Turning it on activates the feature and sends notifications for these events.
Delete notification email
A field is available for entering an email address. When an item is deleted from the application, a notification is sent to the specified address.
tip
This feature is intended mainly for administrators and is primarily designed for auditing purposes. If you prefer not to receive audit emails, you can simply leave the email address field empty.
